Please read our policies before booking or purchasing an appointment, treatment course, package or gift voucher. By making a booking or purchase with Radiance Aesthetics, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant terms.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment and may vary depending on the treatment booked.
We understand that plans can change, so please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend. The more notice you provide, the more we can help with rescheduling.
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, and the deposit will be transferred to the new booking. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours beforehand will result in the deposit being retained.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend, will be charged at 100% of the treatment price. For prepaid courses and packages, the booked session will be deducted.
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to complete your treatment and the appointment may need to be rebooked.

Privacy Policy
Radiance Aesthetics, operated by Nicole Poate, is responsible for the personal information we collect about you.
We may collect your name, contact details, appointment and payment information, consultation forms, relevant medical and treatment information, photographs and communication preferences. We use this information to manage bookings, assess treatment suitability, provide services safely, maintain treatment records, process payments and meet our legal and insurance obligations.
Health information and treatment photographs are handled with additional care and used only where necessary or with your consent. Photographs will not be used for marketing, social media or competition entries without your permission.
Your information may be processed securely through trusted providers, including Fresha for appointments and payments and FACES Consent for consultation, consent and treatment records relating to injectable treatments. Where required for prescription-only treatments such as botulinum toxin, relevant medical and identification information may also be shared securely with the authorised prescribing practitioner and dispensing pharmacy.
The Skincare Shop link takes you to the separate Balance + Skin website, operated by Balance & Skin Ltd. Any information provided or purchases made on that website are subject to the privacy policy and terms displayed at [www.balanceandskin.co.uk](http://www.balanceandskin.co.uk).
We may also use trusted website, email and payment providers to operate the business. We do not sell your personal information. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and meet legal, regulatory and insurance requirements.

Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment or purchasing a treatment, course, package or gift voucher with Radiance Aesthetics, you agree to these terms and our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
All clients must complete the required consultation and provide accurate information about their health, medication, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status and previous treatments. Please inform us if anything changes before your appointment. Radiance Aesthetics may postpone or decline treatment where it is considered unsuitable or unsafe.
Treatments requiring a patch test must have this completed at least 48 hours beforehand. Treatment cannot proceed without a valid patch test where required. Injectable treatments are available to clients aged 18 or over and require a consultation and medical suitability assessment. Prescription-only treatments require assessment by an authorised prescriber.
Treatment outcomes and recovery times vary between individuals. Results cannot be guaranteed, and several sessions or ongoing maintenance may be recommended. Clients must follow the preparation and aftercare advice provided.
Prices, treatment availability and appointment durations may change. The price confirmed when booking will apply unless the service is changed following consultation.
Courses and packages are for the named client only, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash and must be used within the validity period shown at purchase. Missed or late-cancelled package appointments may result in the booked session being deducted.
Gift vouchers are subject to the value, expiry date and conditions shown at purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
If Radiance Aesthetics needs to cancel an appointment, we will offer to reschedule it or provide an appropriate refund for any treatment we are unable to provide.
Skincare purchases made through the separate Balance + Skin website are governed by the terms, delivery and returns policies displayed at [www.balanceandskin.co.uk](http://www.balanceandskin.co.uk).
